At the core of any benchmarking endeavor is gathering accurate, meaningful data from a variety of sources so that the metrics are meaningful.  The issue is gathering and submitting meaningful data can be resource intensive. Visual Intelligence partnered with a not-for-profit organization and by re-designing their submission process, we saw submissions almost triple allowing for a much richer dataset over their previous years.

Visual Intelligence redefined the submission process through an innovative e-commerce portal.  Listening to our customers and understand the end users, VI was able to create a secure, easy-to-navigate portal that lead to nearly triple the submissions from the previous year while decreasing help desk calls.
